I am a hardcore health and fitness fanatic, always on the look out for the latest superfood craze, new health discoveries, cool, new restaurants, and never-before-seen food combinations.
You can be sure to find innovative and creative recipes on this blog—- with a focus on using natural, healthy ingredients, my recipes are high in protein, high in nutrition, and taste amazing.
Although I am not a recognized nutritionist or a certified fitness expert, I was still able to transform my physique and achieve my fitness goals through consistency at the gym, and by educating myself about the foods going into my body. Check out MY STORY for a deeper look at how I did it.

I’ve been on the health and fitness train since 2004, and I’ll include little tips and nuggets that I picked up in my 14+ year journey that have helped me attain my fitness goals.
