-For an even thicker, ice cream-like texture, use ALL frozen fruits!
-To freeze a banana, just peel off the skin, slice it up, separate the pieces on a baking pan, and stick it in the freezer for at least 40 minutes. Same deal with the pineapple—or just buy pre-packaged frozen pineapple chunks from the grocery store.
-If the smoothie is too watery, add more protein powder, or pineapple chunks.
-If the smoothie is too thick, add just a tad more liquid if you really need to. Just know that this smoothie is best using the least amount of liquid possible.
-Try adding a tsp of vanilla extract for a nice, little vanilla kick.
